24/7 SUPPORT AND AFTERCARE

PERSONALISED TREATMENT PLANS

SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST

Your journey with Off-Duty Aesthetics is built on safety and trust. Beyond your treatment, we are available around the clock to offer guidance and support.

Whether it’s 2pm or 2am, we’re here to ensure you feel confident and cared for throughout your recovery.

We also offer free checkups post-treatment to give you even more peace of mind.

We don’t believe in "one size fits all" beauty. At Off-Duty Aesthetics, every journey begins with an in-depth, one-to-one consultation. This is your time to share your goals while we assess your unique facial structure, ensuring every recommendation is entirely personal to you.

Whether you’re looking for the smoothing effects of anti-wrinkle injections or the subtle volume of dermal fillers, our treatments are precisely mapped to your features. We specialise in enhancing your natural beauty rather than mask it.

By tailoring every plan to the individual, we help you achieve a refreshed, "off-duty" glow that feels effortless, intentional, and authentically yours.

At Off-Duty Aesthetics, your safety is never an afterthought. Founded and led by a qualified Paramedic, our clinic combines high-level emergency medical expertise with a passion for refined aesthetics. This unique background means you aren’t just in the hands of an aesthetician—you’re in the care of a medical professional trained to the highest standards of anatomy, safety, and precision. When we say you're in "safe hands," we truly mean it.

FAQ

FAQ's

Age Requirements

Our services are available for individuals 18 and over.

How long does Botox last?

On average, anti-wrinkle treatments remain effective for 3 to 4 months. However, with consistent maintenance, your facial muscles can effectively "learn" to remain relaxed. Over time, this natural retraining can mean your muscles contract less frequently, potentially extending the window between your Off-Duty refresh appointments.

How long will fillers last?

While most fillers last between 6 and 12 months, longevity is personal. Your body uses a natural enzyme called Hyaluronidase to slowly dissolve the filler at its own pace. Because our lips are constantly in motion—from talking to smiling—lip fillers tend to be processed a little faster than other areas.

What treatment do I need?

Torn between options? At Off-Duty Aesthetics, we keep things flexible. We recommend booking a standalone consultation to chat through the possibilities and we’ll decide the best path forward together on the day. We’re here to take the guesswork out of aesthetics, ensuring you feel confident in every decision

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. However, to maintain our clinical standards and respect our practitioners' time, we kindly ask;

  • For Anti-Wrinkle Treatments: Once your bespoke prescription has been issued following your consultation, the full cost of the treatment becomes payable, as the medication is ordered specifically for you.

  • For Dermal Fillers: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, the full treatment balance will not be refunded.

Do I need a consultation?

Yes, all treatments require a consultation.

Anti-wrinkle injections require an initial consultation with us to discuss treatments, doses and areas. You will then require a second consultation with the prescriber.

Dermal fillers require an on the day consultation, where we will discuss doses, areas and types of filler.
