Terms & Conditions

APPOINTMENTS

All services are available by appointment only.

We advise booking ahead to ensure your preferred date and time are available.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a fee may apply.

Anti-Wrinkle Appointments are a 3-step process: 

1) Initial face-to-face mandatory consultation with us to determine which treatment is best suited for you.

2) We will then book you an appointment with our prescriber (paid for by us).

3) You will then be able to book and pay for which anti-wrinkle treatment(s) you would like and the prescription will be ordered.

 

PAYMENTS

Mandatory anti-wrinkle consultation is payable in full via bank transfer at the time of booking.

Prescriber consultation is paid for by us.

Payments for anti-wrinkle treatments are payable via bank transfer in full at the time of booking, after initial mandatory consultation and prescriber consultation.

Payments for dermal fillers must be made via bank transfer in full at the time of booking.

 

CONSULTATIONS

A consultation is required before any treatment (separate consultation and prescriber consultation for anti-wrinkle treatments, same day consultation for dermal fillers).

During this session, we will assess your suitability, explore treatment options, and answer any questions you may have. Please provide your full medical history, including current medications and any allergies, to ensure your safety.

 

TREATMENT DECISIONS & BOOKING TERMS

Choosing not to proceed with treatment is always a valid option.

Anti-Wrinkle Treatments:

Following your mandatory consultation, you have up to 14 days to decide whether to proceed with booking a prescriber consultation.

Once the prescriber consultation is booked, if you then choose to cancel, a £30 fee will be charged.

If you cancel after the treatment has been booked and the prescription has been issued and ordered, no refund will be provided.

Appointments can be rescheduled to an alternative date, subject to availability.

Dermal Fillers:

If you are unsure after your same-day consultation, we will hold your payment for up to 14 days. If you decide not to proceed, a refund will be issued minus a £30 consultation fee.

Once a dermal filler appointment is booked, it may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice in line with our cancellation policy.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged in full and may impact future bookings.

 

REFUNDS & TREATMENT OUTCOMES

All treatments are non-refundable. Results can vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Multiple sessions may be needed to achieve the best possible outcome.

In the rare event of an adverse reaction, we will offer appropriate aftercare and support in accordance with medical best practice.

 

MEDICAL & SAFETY POLICIES

We do not provide treatments for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under the age of 18.

For your safety, please adhere to all pre- and post-treatment instructions given.

 

PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

Your personal details and medical records are handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with GDPR, HIPAA, and applicable data protection laws.

We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, unless legally required to do so.
